What are the specs on the enclosure?

21-1/2"W x 13-3/4"H x 7-3/4"D1 x 4-3/8"D2 D1 and D2 refer to the angled enclosure design and that’s your depth when you lay this thing against a surface with the back of the sub to that surface. So basically the most shallow part of the front sub area is 4-3/8”, the deepest part is 7-3/4”. This can fit under most rear bench seats and could fit behind rear seats in some trucks. I have a 16 F150 Crew Cab and the dimensions show it will fit in my truck and I plan to replace 2 smaller Kicker subs with this one.

Yes because it fits behind the bench seat of a 03 f250 and it has even less room then the single cab

Will an 2500 amp handle this?

It’s too much I have a 1200 watt and it runs 2 without overpowering it. You may burn it up with 2500.
