Wonderful base sauce that's versatile
I prefer a butter chicken sauce, but do love the tangy flavor of tikka masala. I don't handle space very well, so I make these with either coconut cream or heavy cream, lots of butter, pinch of sugar and then simmer potatoes and veg, and serve with rice and naan. Once in a while I simmer ground beef and veg, since my husband does so well with red meat. There are a lot of ways to enjoy this, and I find it quick, easy, fresh and always delicious. Takeaway is so expensive now, delivery is outrageous, so this is a great way to enjoy some of my favourite cuisine at home. It's quick, easy, delicious and a better deal for sure.

All natural and flavorful
All are GF, Tika Masala contains milk, the other 3 do not. Great sauces for those of us with food sensitivities. Can’t eat in Asian restaurants because of little to no GF choices, so this is great to have these. I use Udon rice noodles and makes a nice base for an Asian dish.

Great for quick meal
Great for quick meal. Brown chicken cut in cubes, throw in some frozen veggies and sauce till heated, serve over rice. For thinner sauce add a little chicken stock or coconut milk. It has good flavor, not great like homemade but good for a quick easy weekday meal

SO GOOD! Even better when you spruce it up
The Saffron Road Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce is such a lifesaver for quick and tasty dinners. It has a great, authentic flavor that makes it super easy to whip up a delicious meal without spending hours in the kitchen. I’ve used it with chicken, lamb, and veggies, and it always turns out great. I usually supplement it with tomato paste and some pepper! What I love most is how versatile it is—you can simmer, stir-fry, or even use it as a marinade. Plus, it’s gluten-free, non-GMO, and has no weird artificial stuff, so it feels like a healthier option. The fact that it’s halal, kosher, and vegetarian-friendly makes it even better for sharing meals with friends or family who have dietary restrictions. The 7-ounce packs are the perfect size for a meal, and it’s great that they come in a 4-pack so I’m always stocked up. If you’re into Indian food but don’t want to deal with a ton of ingredients or complicated recipes, this is a solid choice. Definitely recommend!

Great way to try something new for dinner
I'm not a huge fan of spicey foods, so buying a 3 or 6 pack of an untried food is risky. Food prices are high enough already. This 4 flavor variety pack fit the bill. I had been sing other jarred brands and was leary of having bottled items damaged during shipment so these foil packs were attractive. They came packed together wrapped in plastic. All but the Padd Thai are mild, and I found the lemongrass and the coconut curry were the best followed by the tikka masala. They compliment rather than overpower the protein/vegetables.I tend to use leftover rotisserie chicken and frozen vegetables added to the simmering sauce rather than cooking raw protein. Always turns out great and I never waste anything. I use basmati rice; rinsed then added to either chicken stock or water lightly flavored with chicken bouillon. Done in 20 minutes and oh so much better than so-called minute rice mixes. The 7 oz packets yield two healthy servings; three if another side dish is added. I like a red lentil dal or chana dish to round out the meal. These are healthy options that add variety to evening meals without having to spend hours prepping or having a mess to cleanup after. Saves money too by using up leftovers.

Saffron Road Sesame Ginger Simmer Sauce
This "Saffron Road Sesame Ginger Simmer Sauce" is easy to use and tasty. It's very close to their 'prepared dishes' that you can buy in the grocery stores.I have been a 'Saffron Road' customer for years, and these 'simmer sauce' packets make it so easy to create my own 'special' meals with my favorite flavors, easy and quick.

Yum!
I love this sauce, and none of my local grocery stores carry it anymore. I was so happy to see that I could purchase it off of Amazon at a reasonable price! The sauce comes packed securely -- the packs are pretty full and squishy, but none of mine were damaged. They tasted exactly how I remembered. The taste is pretty much what you find in their lemongrass chicken frozen meals, you just add it in after cooking your protein and veggies and let is simmer a bit. I like the subtle yet flavorful taste of the sauce and am happy to be able to get it at home. (Plus, this set has four sauce packs, which can give you two to four meals, depending on how much you fix!)

Disappointed.
I wanted a rich curry sauce that I could add my own protein, this sauce does that but it’s too sweet. I love curries to be very savory and this didn’t do it for my family. Unfortunately I bought more than I need as it only comes in packages of four. Even though we didn’t like it the sauce consistency was very good.
