good choice if your hard on equipment
I keep 3 or 4 of these on me for different jobs, they don't get damaged, and you can get the bigger ones but for what I need them for they are big enough and hold all the information I need. I have had them in water, extreme heats and in machines that can damage them, but they have held up.

Excellent Upgrade
My previous Gorilla Drive 256GB flash drive took a dump so I decided to switch to this impressive one.Pros:-Durable case-Fast speeds-Screw to open and close instead of a pop-off/slide coverCons:-It may be easy to lose the case part that screws off, I would have personally made the rubber rings more of an octagon shape to prevent rolling

Works Great and Is Somewhat Fast along With Great Storage Capacity
Works great on either a Mac or PC, even in a USB 2.0 port for my Mac Pro 2012 that the USB 2.0 limitation had very little effect on as it works like its a thunderbolt 1.0 or maybe faster thunderbolt device in a USB 2.0 port and it has great storage capacity higher than almost any other keychain metal flash drive at 256 Gigabytes or GB not Gigabits as their are 8 bits in 1 byte, but not as much storage capacity or as sturdy without the screw on cap as a SANDISK Ultra Luxe 512 GB or a PNY 512 GB or an HP x796 except these are available in 1 TB capacity now.

This Corsair 256 GB thumb drive is designed to take all kinds of abused. I think it is waterproof/shock proof/dust proof. A great buy for the money! ;)

Bulletproof and reliable thumb drive
These thumb drives screw into a metal container - which is as close to a bulletproof housing as you are going to get. This makes them suitable for travel, even wilderness travel. They are not the cheapest or highest capacity drives out there, but I have several and have found them to be reliable. No need to get these if all you are doing is transferring files from one computer to another, but if you want to travel with them, or backup stuff for a long period of time, I recommend these as a good option.

Very well built
If you're like me and kind of rough on things, this is a must buy. It is very well built. I was going to put it on my keyring but I didn't want to scratch it. I have no doubt that it could of took the abuse though. I use it almost daily to work on a project at the house and on the go on my laptop.I wish it didn't look as good so I could put it on my keyring but I opened it up and decided I didn't want to get it scratched. That would be the only "bad" thing, if you can call it that, to say about it. That it looks too good.
