Good quality, work great, would purchase again, and recommend completely.

The media could not be loaded. Relatively easy to apply to toilet & must be purchased w/Wall Cistern type unit or flushing will be difficult if not impossible but all plastic bolts & plunger rods come w/unit. Fairly heavy plastic that kinda resembles metal. Fells fairly durable 4 plastic.

It’s a very nice design, but the texture of the product has become worn and shines where it is frequency pressed, much like the keys on a keyboard becoming worn down. I believe this is expected wear, but unfortunate. Otherwise a very clean looking piece of finish.

I bought the unit for my Geberit carrier, because the Q/A indicated that it's compatible.However, as the contractor found out and confirmed by me, it's not compatible. The pin has a different angle. When locked, the panel blocks the pin to be pushed in too much, and only a partial flush can be done.I bought a Geberit acturator and see how the pins are different...Because we had to wait for city inspections before installing the actuator, the return window has passed and I have to keep a useless acutator at home.

Lo compré para reemplazar el botón que venía defectuoso de otra marca, se tuvieron que hacer algunas adaptaciones pero quedó espectacular! Me encanta el tono mate y la calidad de los materiales. No se quedan dedos marcados y se nota la calidad de los materiales

Me resultó útil, ya que la pieza original tiene un costo muy elevado. Espero que tenga durabilidad.

The pin has a different angle. The Geberit pin hole is V, This one is H. so I've returned it and refunded it.
