Is it possible to stack two of these modules togheter to get 7 cameras working on a single Pi?

I don't thin this would work. I have been building projects based on this board for about two years. I have around 100 devices on shop floors using the Arducam Multi-Cam boards. I would not say I am an expert. But in my experience, the board works well, but it is deceptively simple. The Arducam board is not a true multiplier, it's more of a switch that rapidly switches between the 4 camera ports by enabling pinouts on the Pi. You can't daisy-chain them to expand to more cameras as the switching is enabled by activating a different GPIO Pin. I2C calls are made to activate the camera ports on the Arducam board. In theory, you might be able to customize a pinout adapter to attach to more than one Arducam board. But, it would require quite a lot of fiddling to make it work if at all possible.. Given the board can be a little finicky, I'd expect a lot of experimenting and seed bumps. I have a robot project with 8 camera sensors on board and went the USB expander and USB camera route. It is not as fast as the Arducam board, But I cam stream video simultaneously on more than one camera which is not possible on the arducam. By no means is this a panacea. But, offering as an alternative approach.

What's the maximum resolution for video on two cameras? Specifically on the Jetson Nano.

Hi, this is a switcher adapter, and it won’t affect or decide the resolution per se - the specific camera you connect to the Nano does. It’s like a TV remote can change the channel but won’t affect your video quality. If you connect two cameras to this adapter and then to the Jetson Nano, it means your Jetson Nano TV now has two channel to change between. The description is vague (low res?) Can the board support 1920x1080 video and, if so, at what frame rate.

I am using four 8mega pixel pi cameras, at 3280x2464 for still images they are not simultaneous but sequenced. because the board uses I2C and 3 gpio pins to switch channels sample code has examples for still and video, looks like camera resolution is set to (320,240) and 24 framerate, to see all four channels, Not part of my application so didn't test video.
