Q: Is the handle waterproof? Or just the fibers?

I wouldn’t put it in water. Not the handle. I wasn’t aware that it had any parts that were/are waterproof. I wouldn’t because the handle is where the batteries are and the bottoms to toggle between setting and to power on and off. Also I’d imagine it would be hard to whip around while submerged .
