Very good. It’s a lot easier than separating egg yolks for making a slightly lighter omelette.It blends nicely with a scoop of low carb protein powder- add 2 full eggs and cook into a tasty pancake (cookies n cream protein works- add a dash of sugar free maple syrup 😋)

Tried to make egg white scramble. Resulted in super hard powdery clumps. No matter how submerged in boiling water. Tried a dozen different ways. Pointless. Other egg powders in the tutorials always liquify mostly. These are inedible. Waste of 10£
