Great value and superb flavour. Versatile use in strong black coffee or milk drinks, curries and puddings. Use in spicing up home made fruit Buns and breads

It is lovely in coffee
I have this with a cup of coffee almost every day. I do find that a spoonful is a little too strong tasting for me, so I only take a small amount, but I think that is really done to taste.

I love this cinnamon. I purchased it after finding that ceylon cinnamon is better than cassia cinnamon. The value for money is good considering the health benefits are better than that of cinnamon you would find at the supermarket, and the flavour is markedly different. If you use cinnamon in baked goods or even just something like oatmeal, you’ll appreciate the flavour difference. My husband was able to spot it was a new, higher quality to cinnamon to what we ordinarily have. I even made snickerdoodles with this cinnamon and, of course, cinnamon is the star of this cookie - and they were delicious. Very pleased!
