Fits our DC23 Dyson Animal!
We bought this to replace the head on our older DC23 Dyson Animal. I was skeptical - but it fits! And it's awesome!Like others have said, it vacuums like when it was new! Much cheaper than buying a whole new vacuum!

Works better than my original
I thought this was going to be a knockoff but it arrived in Dyson packaging. I don’t know why but it performs better than the head that came with my original vacuum. Perhaps updated engineering. Very happy with it.

Adjusting to adjustable head
This head isn’t adjustable so on thick carpet it’s a little tough but seems to work ok. Just adjusting to the difference.

this is a great replacement for the beater brush head, works just as well as the factory, which gave me more years of use of my dyson.
