Comfortable
This actually comes with bandages, gloves and a tourniquet. I️ used my own equipment instead of what’s provided because the tourniquet was pretty uncomfortable on the ankle (I️ wear that on my belt) and I added wound picking materials and gloves that fit me. But once this was modified for me it’s very very comfortable and I️ don’t even notice it’s there. I’m a woman and you can’t see it under my duty pants. Very easy to put on and take off but I’m not concerned about it popping off at all. Would absolutely recommend!

Very useful, needs tweeks
Is very durable. I wish they would change a couple of things: if the square pocket was rectangular and horizontal, it would be easier to fit a chest seal and blood clot pack without having a big lump on ankle. Also woul love to see an elastic cord to hold tourniquet in place. I keeps wanting to creep up.

Perfect
Wasn’t sure I’d like this, but it’s great! I’ve worn a gun ankle holster in the past and it was always uncomfortable. Because my trauma supplies are so much lighter than a pistol, I forget this is on my ankle until the end of my shift. I’m a state trooper and keep a tourniquet, compress, and Narcan in this. Works great!

VERY bulky
First off, this has good items. The tourniquet and Israeli bandage are great emergency items. The third pocket just holds latex gloves. I think it would benefit from including trauma shears and QuickClot, which wouldn't take up much extra space. There aren't any additional pockets, though, so if you want to add anything, you'll need to remove something it came with.Unfortunately, this kit is EXTREMELY bulky. Now matter how I put it on, I have a huge bulge around my lower calf. This also causes my pant leg to rise and bunch around it. My pant legs are quite loose with plenty of room, so I can't imagine any pants concealing this kit adequately. Well, maybe bell bottoms or '90s style wide leg jeans, but no grown man would wear those. So it has two good items, but it's impossible to use as intended.

tourniquet can fall out
I had one of these before and got this one when I had to give the first one back. The tourniquet needs a strap to hold it in as it will work its way out if you are not checking it. I've had it fall out numerous times. I would also like to see an option for a garter to keep it from sliding down and rubbing on my ankle. Overall good for what it is, but could use some minor upgrades.

super comfy, the trick is to wear it just ...
wear it every day, super comfy, the trick is to wear it just a tad loose so it can shift as you move, the opposite of a ankle holster, many people tend to over tighten it

WELL, it's an IFAC for your ankle! What do you expect?
It's got everything it needs, but it's kind of uncomfortable even after daily use over the past several weeks. THE GOOD: You got what you need to STOP THE BLEED. The Bad: IF YOU HAVE TO USE IT!!! Other than that, it's a must-have tool.

Works well but slides down a bit too easily
Over all comfortable, but it kind of makes you look like you have an ankle monitor on. Very convenient way to care some good first aid stuff though.
