They protect your hands perfectly
I think no one should dislikes about these boxing gloves there 100 percent perfect I use them for mitt work and they feel good Even when you spar I’m thinking of buying another pair in 20 oz for sparring the my friend said they where heavy but he love them when He hit the mitts he was like whoa these gloves are amazing

Even if you hit it a little hard, you won't last two weeks.
I used this glove for training, and the foam breaks too easily. Even if you hit it a little hard, you won't last two weeks. I've bought this glove twice. The durability of the foam is really the lowest.
