Lovely Product
Gorgeous double walled borosilicate cup! Tea infuser has a cute little heart on it that acts as a lid/pull tab.The vendor included a charming little message card with an introduction, explaining their business moto and standards! I loved it. I will continue to buy their products as gifts and for my own enjoyment. I highly recommend!

Ideal gongfu tea set for work — I love this
I did a lot of shopping for the right portable gongfu tea cup and this one is perfect for me. So many comments and compliments! Everyone at work is buying their own now and I’m getting them all into enjoying puerh and jasmine teas with me. Community is really the joy of tea, isn’t it?Aesthetics aside, the functionality is really where it shines. The double strainer makes it possible to use the vacuum formed in the bottle to properly “push” your tea with multiple quick steeps to truly enjoy your puerh without oversteeping. And if the steep isn’t to your liking, you can just turn the tea cup back over and steep longer! I’m getting so much more enjoyment out of my fancy teas now, and by bringing an additional thermos for more hot water, I even get to enjoy them during long hours at work.Note: the small size is appropriate for fine teas, which are meant to be sipped and savoured one small steep at a time. It’s actually large compared to a typical gongfu tea set.The seal is strong, so you don’t get leaks if you screw it in normally, and there are minimal mechanical parts to wear out. Get the most out of your steep by tipping the cup over slowly and letting the air bubble move out from the bottom to the top. The double glass wall really does retain heat longer than a single wall, making it easy to handle even when full of very hot water. I’m sure it could break if dropped, but the borosilicate glass handles boiling water without a problem.I hope this helps other tea fiends! This tea cup is my new favorite thing.(Btw, it probably sounds like I was paid to write this or got it for free. But, sadly, this was not the case lol)

Effective, but R&D not quite finished
To start, I am happy with this product. I had some trial and error, the video was helpful, but not quite enough. I think this was built far more for cold products than hot.If your want it for COLD drinks IT'S PERFECT. Hot drinks? Still some R&D kinks to iron out.TRIAL AND ERRORHot water: I started out, like the video, pouring the hot water into the base bottle with the blue middle off. Great, but when I then put the blue middle on I found I'd put too much water in because when I unscrewed the blue middle when my tea was done the pressure forced hot water out and into my hands. I won't say it exploded, but it's the same effect as shaking soda pop and then opening it. So leave the blue middle on and pour the hot water over the tea leaves in the infuser. Then put the filter plug on, then the small, top cup. But not completely tight to avoid the pressure issue. (Still splashes a little hot water onto your hands when you try to open it after it's steeped).Filter plug: Very handy, once I figured out it's purpose. Take it off to pour the hot water into the infuser, then put in on, then close everything up. It keeps the tea leaves in the infuser when flipping it over, which was obvious, AND, I found out the hard way, makes the bottle MUCH more pourable.Pouring: leave the blue middle part AND the filter plug on. I tried pouring from the base glass bottle into the glass cup and it just dribbled everywhere. When pouring from the blue middle is still dribbles a little bit a few drops.CONAgain, definitely more for cold products that steep time doesn't matter. You have to be precise on the amount of water poured in otherwise the tea will continue to steep. You lose the height of the infuser in useable water space in the bottom bottle because of this.BIG CON: this gets hot! They should've created a coozie sleeves to go with it, or grips. Yes the glass can handle the hot temperatures but my hand can't! It is double-walled but you CANNOT grasp any part of the bottle, except the blue middle, until you've waited until the drink cools down. Yes, you can carry it by the provided handle, but tipping it raises the water level back into the infuser and over-steeps your tea. Thankfully, I kept the coozie sleeves from my last tea bottle product so I can handle the bottle. The sleeve is too tall, but fits just right around the bottle.Same problem with the little glass cup. I can pour the hot tea from the base bottle into the teacup, but it's glass with no protection and so I can't pick it up until it's cooled.

Highly recommend. Absolutely love it!
I’m highly satisfied with this product and will definitely recommend to friends and family. It’s a very nice gift for tea drinkers. I’m actually considering to get another one as a gift to a friend. One thing to note is that the top part of the tumbler is not an insulated glass so it gets hot when you are brewing the tea upside down. Still it’s the best tea tumbler I’ve seen and used so far.

Disappointed with design
The cup is very fragile and the low capacity. The design doesn't allow for appropriate flow of water through the tea strainer. The cup they expect you to drink out of is a jar with ridges for screwing it in. I am a serious tea drinker, I will drink form a thermos but not a jar. Overall, a D I can't even assign a C for average.

It’s cute but not my favorite
It feels like the top glass part is going to bust when the water is hot

Cute tea cup
I really like this double wall tea cup, actually I have bought many different ones in the past and so far, it’s one of the best. The lid to secure the tea herbs is a little tight. Since I have this one, I drink 3 cups tea per day, fells little smaller size, but s cute and light weight.

Very pretty and conventient for loose leaf tea
It was perfect, gifted it to a best-tea (lol) of mine and she loves it!It's great for infysing loose leaf tea, but I think bagged tea should do just fine. I like that it's made of glass and it's easy to clean.
