For a 33-gallon tank, the recommended treat rate is 2 ounces of LX4 per tank. Simply pour the recommended amount of LX4 into the fuel tank before adding fuel. never heard of optilube so i could not say, all i can say is hotshot is by far the best diesel additive i have ever used, tryed many in the past no comparision to hot shot, im sure it helps to clean the fuel system, i get way more power when i use it, so its put in everytime i fill up.

Q: Has anyone found sediment in the bottle? When I recieved mine there seemed to be floaties then after settling there is whitish sediment at the bottom
