I love this brand but you shouldn't have to go broke to be healthly.

It really works for all gut issues but it is too expensive. Will try another brand to check if it works like this one.

Normally, I'd go through cycles, from normal stool to extreme constipation to diarrhea, but one bottle of this will reset your entire digestive system completely.Even in my extreme case, a single bottle is typically more than I need, so don't feel the need to finish it. And if you need a little more support, alternating with the regular GoL brand will cover you for extended periods (6 months to a year, at least).Trust me, if this works for an extreme case like mine, it'll work for anyone, and is much better than eating 'active culture' yogurts constantly!

These really work but if your diet sucks, you will have bloating and discomfort. I say you should plan accordingly because these will give you slight gut pains and you’ll need to use the bathroom 3-5x the next day. I usually take 1 capsule before bedtime with a big honking glass of water. This will pull your gut back to regular movements. I would imagine you should not take these regularly - Only to correct a bad diet or when back from traveling.
