You need to get these to protect your fingers highly highly recommend!
This is my third time ordering this product. I love them! They really protect my fingers. I am an autoimmune patient who has scleroderma that is affecting my fingers and my hands. My fingernails are falling off due to this condition and tThese protectors cover my fingernails and provide cushioning. I would say they are about 16th of an inch thick and if you do heavy work the extra padding really comes in handy. They're easily washable and they retain their shape. Flexible to do work with and they last a long time. The problem is with me is that I take them off and I lose them my fault. I worked with would and heavy items and it's still protects my fingers. They come long enough where you can cut off excess to fit your finger length. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to protect your fingers.

Must Haves
I lash hours per day and for some reason I started getting a callous. These are so comfortable and I am still able to bend my fingers. They fit perfectly, don’t attract moisture after using them all day, and the cushion helps my fingers so much

Good cushioning to protect fingers while drawing and doing average daily tasks.
I have nerve and tendon issues in my right ring finger that was made worse when I sprained it doing housework in March. I spend much of my day working on illustrations and writing, which puts excess pressure on the upper joint of this finger and causes soreness and fatigue. I think a bit of arthritis might also be at fault. I decided to try these sleeves to see if the would alleviate some of the discomfort as I work. Fortunately, they do!I found these sleeves too long at first, as I only need to cover the top joint in my finger, but cutting them in half made them the right size (see attached photo). They reduce pressure on the joint that results from gripping pens, pencils and paint brushes much of the day. My hands feel less fatigued as a result. After cutting them in half, I also now have enough of these sleeves to last me for several months and don't expect to need replacements before the end of the year.As far as downsides go, there are a few minor annoyances that I've come across while wearing these sleeves. First, being that they are made of silicon, they can lock in moisture and make the underlying area sweaty. This can make them just a little uncomfortable when you're wearing them for an extended period of time, as I do. Second, they can also act as erasers if they slide over your paper when you are drawing or writing in pencil. Woops! I've inadvertently lifted a few pencil sketches this way. I have to remember to keep a small sheet of paper between my hand and the surface I'm drawing or writing on to avoid this, though as it also prevents general smudging, it's a good practice anyway. Lastly, they are silicone. They will hold up to light use, but I wouldn't do anything too aggressive while wearing them, as I don't think they would hold up. If you're drawing, writing or doing other typical day-to-day tasks, they should be fine. These sleeves are definitely worth trying if you need a bit of extra cushion to protect fingers over the course of the day, but they do have a few drawbacks to keep in mind. Your experiences with them may vary, depending on your needs. For me, they do the job, don't cost much and I have no major complaints.** Note: If you found this review helpful, please mark it helpful to let me know and help other buyers. Thanks! **

Durable enough for me!
Because of nerve damage, I have lost some fine motor control - specifically, in this instance, the fingertip grip that is super helpful with crochet. I have learned how to grip my work with thumb and first knuckle instead. The downside of this is that when I'm working with stiffer yarn, it scrapes against my finger like sandpaper. When I started getting sores, I knew I had to find something to help. These finger sleeves are great protection. They are a little snug getting on and off, and they are a little more bulky than I'd like, but they work exactly as hoped. Bonus: When I accidentally hook the edge of the sleeve, the material has been bouncing back without getting stretched out or otherwise damaged. I'm pretty happy with them.

Not in New Condition
It appears that the 10 pieces are in the package, but, the outer package had obviously been opened previously.Actual product looks as expected and should work for us.

PERFECT FINGER COT
I work as a bartender and have had problems with little splits in the tips of my thumb from harsh chemicals that our dish machine uses.I go through a lot of Band-Aids and cheap little finger cuts and I've searched around for years for the perfect ones, THESE ARE IT!they wrap around your thumb or finger and seal water tight against your skin just like a wetsuit does, the feel of the material is very similar.I also have a good thickness and sponginess to them so that they protect a sensitive feeling area but you still have plenty of proper grip. they're not at all slippery, even when wet.if there's one downside and it's the only thing I found it's that you can't scroll or swipe or operate a cell phone screen with the digit these are on, other than that they're absolutely perfect.***** HIGHLY RECOMMEND *****
