I wasn’t sure what this product would turn out to be like, as many reviews often suggest epilators are very painful / unpleasant to use.They couldn’t be more wrong on this occasion - sure, there is some initial discomfort, but that’s it. The product is, as you’d expect from Braun, well thought out, and is a joy to use. The pivoting head makes it much easier to reach awkward area, which certainly helps with ease of use.It would be great if Braun made it easier to source the additional brushes for the exfoliation part - but that isn’t enough of a “negative” to deduct any points. Top marks.

Contours to shape of body so easily!! Never had an epilator that does this before! It’s brilliant…. It’s great on facial hair which I’ve always had issues with, leaves a smooth finish which I’ve not experienced before. It’s works great around the back of the knees!Can’t fault it at present but I’ve yet to use it on other areas to see the full benefit. However, if you struggle with facial hair I highly recommended this product!!!

The media could not be loaded. My New Year’s resolution was to start looking after my face and get into routine using Braun Face Spa. I used it 3 days, twice a day. Regrettably, the face spa start making a noise, like something is loose inside it. And after a couple of second stops working. Requested repair of the Face Spa and waiting for resolution.

I have tried 3 of these Braun epilators in the last 4 months and each one has broken after minimal use - on one purchase it broke during the first use. The issue is the quality (term used with irony) of the gears to the side of the eplilator head. The gears are plastic and are of such poor quality they shear off thus rendering the head useless as it does not rotate - as per the photo.As I have tried 3x I am now moving away from Braun to another manufacturer.Braun - you need to sort this out.Can’t fault Amazon though, they sort out the return / replace and now refund with ease.
