Q: Where can I get another aux cable?

On Amazon. I recommend the marshall aux it has a great microphone and it has a coil which makes it very comfortable to be walking around without it getting caught on stuff or just not feeling like u have too much cable when working on a laptop.

Q: Is this recommended to use for online conferencing? is mic quality good?

Yes. I have used it for about 10 days for teams/zoom meetings, the mic and speaker work very well for me.

Q: Do the headphones come with a charger or do I need to buy one separately?

The headphones come with usb cable for charging, but no adaptor.
