OMG Love it!
If it’s ‘pouff’ you’re looking for - this is what you need. It’s proper sticky out. Well made, nice fabric and has elasticated waist with tie and Velcro fastening. Very comfortable on. It could be worn on its own or under another dress/skirt. 5 ***** from me

Exactly what I hoped for
Came in a tiny package which I thought was a little worrying about how full this underskirt would be. The ruffles are a bit creased however once it sprung open there was no concern about the size, it has made a big difference to the dress. Great value for money.

Excellent flouncy underskirt.
I bought this for my daughters 16th. It's very flouncy and lightweight. Be extremely careful when ridding it of creases. I hung it on a curtain pole and used the steam from the iron which worked well enough to get most of the creases out. It won't last a life time but you'll have a blueprint if you wanted to recreate it or add to it in a slightly stronger lightweight fabric. I'm not talented enough to attempt this myself though! It has a drawstring waist which will cover at least 3 dress sizes either side I reckon. It is see through but you could perhaps get away with wearing it as a skirt alone however the finish isn't crisp obviously reflected in the price as it is intended to be used as an underskirt.
