I use this tarragon spice for my turkey soup. it's very flavorful, makes the soup tastes amazing. it's very fresh. have a long expiration date on it. seems like a very high quality spice. the color and the smell are amazing. Great value for your money

Tarragon leaves are easy to use when you want that extra spice, just like on a tomato sandwich or tomatoes and cucumbers with a splash of red wine vinegar. Very good to use and chicken noodle soups. Tarragon welcome to my family of spices where I only use: basil, parsley, thyme and cilantro. Be creative and add Tarragon to your array of spices, you won't regret it.
