The one thing that the publisher really has to fix is the expiration date of the online resources. The password only gets you a year's access, so if you plan to continue using the text after that, you have to buy another copy. This is a huge waste of money as well as a waste of resources. No teacher should be forced to re-purchase a text year after year. How many copies of each level does the publisher think we will want to collect before we decide we may as well just buy a text from another publisher? Such a waste.
