Worked like a charm
This product made removing wallpaper the easiest I've ever experienced.

Better than other brands I tried.
I'm a contractor and often have to remove wallpaper when doing remodels. On my last remodel, I was having a really hard time removing the wallpaper. I tried several brands before ordering the Zinzer. This brand works great. It still took a few applications. After spraying on the perforated wallpaper, I would wait a few minutes and then peel the surface layer off in big sheets. This would leave a thin backing still glued to the wall. I would respray this until saturated then scrape off with a sharp putty knife. It was still a long process, but with this remover, it went smoothly. I kept a bucket of hot water nearby and would wipe down the wall with a Scotchbrite pad and rags after scraping it all off to help remove the last of the wallpaper glue. Very happy with this product.

WORKS GREAT
I had 30 year old wallpaper that was tough to remove. I used DIF and it really helped. I removed the top layer of the paper, scored the adhesive paper underneath, sprayed the DIF on, let it sit for 10 minutes then (with a lot of pressure) scrapped off the paper using a 5 in 1 tool. For the most part, it came off in strips. Note: I did use more concentrate than water so my ratio was a little stronger.

Best way to remove wall paper.
I bought this to remove wall paper from a bathroom. I had seen the product used by a professional on YouTube and it looked much easier than the way I had removed paper in the kitchen and breakfast room. It was easier and the paper came off much easier.

Wallpaper remover works good
I removed the top layer of paper, scored the backing and sprayed on the product. I had to spray a good amount to keep it from drying out. I let it sit for about 5 minutes. It did remove most of the backing, there were a couple of places I had to respray. For the most part it worked and I would use it again.

WORKS, with reservations
It does the job but I found that I needed to double the recommended mix ratio to get it to be effective. I was removing very old and heavy wallpaper. Advice: Use it in a pressure sprayer with the nozzle almost shut off. Mist it on every 15 minutes for nearly two hours. Test by attempting to catch an edge at seams or end. If it doesn't pull off easily, wait. Keep the wallpaper moist at all times. After it does come off, it will leave the backing. The backing is much easier to remove but needs to be wetted well and wait 15 minutes. Once the backing is off, soak a rag in the DIF mixture and ring out well. Wipe the residual glue off the wallboard. Best to let it all dry for a couple of days before priming and painting. If you have trouble getting it all off, Seal with a product like Rx-35 to ensure that the edges are sealed. Admittedly, my job may have been much more difficult than most, but knowing a worst case scenario in advance and knowing what to do about it can be very helpful.
