Having trouble with support to exchange one of these that is defective from manufacturer
Horrible Support, none of the contacts work...these things are great and easy to install but I've been trying for a month to get ahold of someone to exchange one of these that is defective. I think the two orders I have purchased a total of 24 or 28 something like that and one is defective. I just want it exchanged out for a new one but none of the emails work for support or no one responds at all.
