Effective for mood assistance. Allows me to sleep without intrusive thoughts. I use only one capsule per night, no after effects in AM. Similar to buspirone in effectiveness for me. None of the horse barn smell as the tea gives.

I believe this it helping with my sleep or I’m just exhausted. I take it right before bed and I sleep through the night.And I’ll keep taking it until I finish the bottle. But, I think I want to try something else because the smell is nothing nice. I’m paranoid that will long term use, my body will start to smell like this supplement. Pee-ew

Smell like someone's dirty socks, but t they get the job done. Take two just before you get into bed and they relax you enough to fall asleep easily.

Works wonders if you have a hard time falling asleep. I take these at night and don't wake up groggy. I've ordered these multiple times now and will keep using them for when I have trouble falling asleep.
