These sensors are amazing. So simple to set up and use. I can get alerts to my phone and my husband's. They are affordable enough that I can have them at every source of water in the house. They will alert to even a small drip of water. One thing I would like to see is an option to go behind my fridge without pushing the fridge out two inches.

Worth it : A bit pricey compared to others, and needs a cheap, small hub to operate, but Yolink is definitely worth the price, if accuracy is your goal. Leak sensors work perfectly. But bought this ecosystem more for their temp + humidity sensors. App comes with the ability to set exact temp and humidity alarms, which can be sent via App Notice, SMS Message (75 Free SMS Alerts Per Month) and/or Email Alerts, all of which are infinitely customizable. Setup is super quick, once you figure out how to scan the barcodes on each device with the App. Hub setup took 5 mins tops. Extremely long range, about 1-3km in urban areas. ProTip : Once temp sensors are setup. allow at least a few hours for them to stabilize. Sensor are very accurate. Six temp + humidity sensors all showed the exact same reading within 0.01% after six hours sitting next to each other, and App also allowed each sensor to be adjusted if needed. Highly recommended !

We have notoriously bad luck with water incidents at our new home. We had 2 separate occasions where water leaked through the ceiling from an A/C drip pan overflowing. We also had an issue with a slab leak in the kitchen. You would think after those incidents I would've invested in water sensors....but no. It wasn't until I woke up on Christmas morning to my entire house being flooded in 3" of water that made me finally come to my senses and order water leak sensors. For the Xmas incident, the water inlet valve under my kitchen sink came loose overnight and managed to flood the entire house in a matter of 5 hours. Had I had a leak sensor under the sink, Christmas wouldn't have been ruined and my house wouldn't have had thousands of dollars in water damage.So now I have water sensors on anything that has the potential to leak water. All the sinks (kitchen, bathroom, laundry room), all the AC drip pans, the water heater, the toilets, the washer and even the fridge and dishwasher. The Yolink system is incredibly easy to install. It took me about 20 minutes to pair all the sensors with the main hub and do the wet checks on them as well. I recommend labeling each sensor with its location (i.e. kitchen sink) that way you don't get confused on what goes where (if you're pairing a bunch of them). The app works great and you can set up a room, then the sensors that will be in that room. You can also favorite a sensor or sensors so that they show up on your dashboard on the app, allowing you to monitor the sensor for battery life or activity. You can also sign up for email and text notification if a leak is detected. Additionally, these make a very noticeable audible noise that can also be modified for duration and alert intervals. The app also keeps history logs of any incidents that the sensors experienced. Lastly, the range on these is amazing. I haven't had any issues with these being out of range (even in the attic) or going offline.To test each of these, I paired them all then set them on a wet paper towel. They immediately made a high pitched beep and send a corresponding email and text. To test the top sensors, I just used a dropper and put a drop of water on the top which yielded the same results.If you are a homeowner I cannot recommend these enough. In hindsight, I wish I would have installed these everywhere to avoid heartache, stress and thousands spent in repair.

Very easy to setup and works great! I tested the sensors by putting them in water and the alarm came on as expected. I also configured the app on my phone so I am always in the know. Peace of mind is priceless.

Reliable leak detector without the loud alarm. Connect to your local internet, place in area, forget. Install app forget. Leak detected phone notifies you. Super easy and love it. Love it. I've used loud alarm ones before and that works if you're there or can hear it. If you're not there you can't turn the loud alarm ones off so it annoys the neighbors or you miss the leak then it defeats the purpose. I love this yolink one because it digitally notifies you if there is a link. It's great if you're a way form work or out of town and it says leak detected. This is exceptionally helpful.These have a 5 yr battery life supposably so you do not have to replace them every couple of years like others. I'd rather invest into a sensor than have thousands of dollars of water damage.
