Anyone else having problems connecting the head to the phone app? Any tips?

yeah I had the same problem for over a week. I had to download the app first open the app then put the batteries in the head then it worked straight away

Is it noisy when it moves?

If you mean is it loud when it talks, then yes. Not like it’s shouting but you can hear it nice and clear. If you meant the actual mechanical noises when it moves then yes you can hear some but I certainly wouldn’t say it is off putting. I think with this you pretty much know if you are going to like it from the pictures and descriptions. If still unsure there are plenty of video reviews on YouTube. In my opinion it’s a 5 stars from me 🥳
