If I understand correctly, the coolant does not go through the electrical portion of the CPU, Only across the exterior.However, if it were to go through the electrical portion, I don't believe there would be a problem, as oil is a non conductor and is used as an insulating and arc quenching solution in high voltage circuit breakers. As long as the oil is clean and no polutants are introduced, it should be fine.
