How well does the Gyrocut cut circles into stickers?

There's a really learning curve to using this tool. But you can cut circles with lots of practice.

This will cut up to 4mil mylar.

Would this work on rice or tissue paper?

I don't think it would be good for rice or tissue paper. It brutalizes regular paper, lol. I have one because I couldn't send it back.

will this work on acetate stencil plastic?

It can cut acetate depending upon the thickness. Thinner acetate film in the 4-7 mil range is not a problem. Be careful as acetate can rip and is not a durable as mylar.
