Machine giving electric shock , very Bad
Very Bad experience .The new machine installed in our school is giving an electric shock when touched. This is a serious safety concern for students and staff.Please send a technician urgently to check and fix the issue. If not repairable, arrange a replacement soon.

The product is useless
We got the product and it had coil complaint within 24 hours and asked for a replacement got a new product after two weeks then it got coil complaint within a week.Do go for this productThe coustomer service was good tho they were quick to accept our first replacement request.But the product is a waste of money spent close to 7 k and only used it for barely for a week

Fabulous service
Company service is way too good and about the product, its working fine till now after 5 months. So, i think one canbuy without any issue. Yes, but this is a bulk sized one. So, this model specifically not suitable for home purpose.

Excellent Product Support
I bought an incinerator from Nakshatra Technologies. Due to some electrical issues our ELCB was tripping off. I found their Support conatct number from thier website and uploaded a short clip about the issue. I got a call with in few minutes from Mr. Mahesh and since the product is under 1 year warranty, they replaced the faulty with a new product. Thanks to Mr. Mahesh and Mr Amul for their instant response and timely replacement of the product. Much appreciated.
