A must-have for working with thick resistance bands
I use thick "WODFitters" brand resistance bands with a door frame anchor, and before these handles I had to hold the bands with my bare hands, which sometimes got very uncomfortable. These allow for a much more natural and comfortable grip, and allow me to go much harder in my workouts. The difference is night and day.Other resistance band handles I've seen either use very small flimsy carabiners that don't look compatible with the thickest bands, or triangle hook type fasteners that take a long time to screw and unscrew while switching bands, whereas with these, you just slip them on and off quickly, and they are large enough to accommodate even the largest bands. There is another brand of these handles for sale on here that go by "Boname", but judging by the product photos, they appear to be identical to these. I don't think it matters which one you get. There is also a downgraded version for sale without the black knurled rubber grips that these and the Boname have, but I would not recommend them. The added black grips on these make them significantly more comfortable in the hand than the bare metal. There is also a "Robert Baraban" brand type of band handle for sale on here that is twice as expensive, but it has a flat rectangular hook shape, which looks more difficult to keep your bands centered on during use, while these ACBEE/Boname ones have a rounded "U" shape, and the bands will naturally tend to settle and automatically center toward the very bottom of the "U" during use.

Simple, Solid, Does the Job
I bought these for one purpose - to increase by pullups. I hang these handles over a fixed bar about shoulder width apart, and perform parallel grip pullups. I am doing these fairly frequently. They provide enough freedom of movement to avoid overuse injury and parallel grip is a very neutral, natural movement. They are well built to support my body weight. I have not used them with resistance bands but I can imagine they will work fine with bands too.

Perfect
These work perfectly for my exercise bands. Very comfortable and simple to use. I have no issues with the grips as some reviews have complained about.

The extra 6" changes things!
I have gloves that I use with my loop resistance bands, but that's still not quite enough protection for pulling movements with very high resistance (deadlifts are what give me the most trouble), and these definitely make a big difference in comfort. With resistance band deadlifts, where your hands are already pretty close to your anchor point (your feet) at the starting position, and where I at least have to put some effort into tuning the starting resistance before each set to make sure it feels right, these handles make it even harder to get a relatively flat resistance curve, such that it's neither "too easy" at the beginning nor "too hard" at the end of the range of motion. This shouldn't usually be a problem for any movement where you're not anchoring your bands under your feet, since you can just move slightly farther from the anchor point and the resulting resistance curve will be pretty much identical to what you're used to, but it *will* potentially be a problem for movements where you don't have much choice but to anchor under your feet.I think I'll keep using these for most of my compound pulling movements, but I'm not sure I'm satisfied with the deadlift mechanics in particular, which was the main lift where I really needed the handles, so I can't say it was an entirely satisfying purchase. It seems like it should be possible, or even downright logical, to make "shorter" handles that only add like 1 or 1.5 inches instead of 6 whole inches to your effective arm length (what's all that length even accomplish with this use case?), but I guess nobody sells yet.

Get the most out of resistance bands
These are the best piece of home gym equipment I have ever purchased. Resistance bands are great because they provide a varied weight, starting light and then getting heavier as they expand. If you’ve used the loop style bands on their own, you know they are uncomfortable to hold, chaff your skin, and force you to put your joints on an unnatural position. These handles fix all of those problems and allow you to use your bands in the same way you would use dumb bells, only now you are benefiting from varying resistance which means you are lifting heavier at full contraction than you could handle with dumb bells.I’m not thrilled with the plastic coating on the handles though. I think I should have gone with the ones that have a simple knurled finish on them. It’s a personal preference. Those with softer hands might like the plastic, but my hands are already callused from gymnastics and manual labor.

Great for neutral grip pullups
Also, like to use these with bands for rowing. I'm 200lbs and use them 3 days a week for pullups. They're very sturdy. Having impingement in both shoulders, these are great for hanging too. If you have impingement, use these and just hang everyday, you'll feel the difference.
