Turns out all my neck problems were from my monitors being too low, and since getting these to lift my three large monitors, the neck issues have been minimized. They provide a stable platform for the monitors, though I have to use two of them together for the BIG monitor, but they handle the weight of the monitors with ease and provide shelf space and a place to tuck things under the shelving that improves the desk layout considerably.
