I was really skeptical over if this product would work or not - it seemed like some hippie bogus that people who don't realize they still stink would wear. I used to wear standard drugstore deodorant, but found it was adding an odd smell to my pits. Then, I tried natural deodorant, but found it didn't work nearly as well and made me seemingly smell more. Eventually, I stopped using deodorant entirely and found I actually smelled less than ever before - as long as I showered once a day and didn't sweat buckets, I really had no odor. Even when I did sweat, I could smell myself but anyone I asked said they couldn't smell me (even my painfully honest best friend who would absolutely let me know if I reeked).All of that boiled down to present day. I'm living in a hot State where I'm sweating more often. That, mixed with being freshly postpartum, I'm noticing odor sooner than I normally would. My husband swears I don't smell, but I decided to find something that might help. I knew standard and natural deodorants weren't the way for me, so I searched and eventually found this product. It's supposed to work by applying to cleaned armpits, and the salt stick naturally inhibits the growth of the bacteria that smells in your underarms. It WILL NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE DIRTY PITS! The whole point is starting with a clean, fresh slate and avoiding the stinky bacteria to begin with; not trying to remedy it with extra product like a traditional deodorant.So, I gave myself a good scrub in the shower, lathered my pits for about a minute each, rinsed, and dried. Then I wet the stick (seems to be controversial from other reviews, I think most people want their skin wet rather than the stick, but this worked better for me) and gave a good slather of the product on my underarms. I kept my arms in the air and twisted my body a few times to have them air-dry faster. After that, I was set. No stains on my clothes, no weird smell, and after a full day of wear I had NO ODOR! I couldn't believe itI've used it for a few days now with the same results. This product definitely works, it's easy to use, and it lasts all day as long as it was applied correctly from the startA word of advice: if you use it out of the shower and find your pits still smell, you didn't clean your pits properly. Most people don't scrub their underarms enough, they just put some soap on them quickly and let the water take the suds away. You gotta scrub them things!

Seriously, buy it! You will not regret it.I bought this for me and my boyfriend, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. There is NO SMELL! I just went out to get some kind of perfume or body spray because I just smell like nothing so I’m trying to give myself more edge 😂.No aluminum, super easy to use, and lasts sooooo long!

Requires an adjustment period of consistent use (a few weeks, but your mileage may vary.) The wait is worth it to be free of the yoke of expensive perfumed 'deodorants' that charge an arm and a leg just to cover up the odor without really 'deodorizing' anything.

Overall it works good and 1 stick lasts a long time. Most of the body washes doesn't get rid of BO. After using body washes if I run this stone under my arm I could smell BO on the stone. Only certain bar soaps like Irish spring I can smell Irish spring on the stone not BO. I recommend the stone for the smell test then spray with the spray version for coverage. The spray lasts long also.

Actually sooooo shocked by this. I got influenced and decided to try since I do work out/sweat a lot and it’s really hard for me to find good deodorants that do the job. THIS DOES IT.

My husband uses this deodorant and has done so for years.He likes it because he prefers not to use any with chemicals added. This is aluminum free and works to subdue orders and is not an antiperspirant. One stick of this lasts for a long, long time.

This deodorant works perfectly and lasts FOREVER (years). No other deodorant has ever worked as effectively for me, I tend to be a sweaty and smelly guy, and the added plus is this also leaves NO RESIDUE on my shirts. I am amazed why people still use normal deodorant sticks. The only problem I have ever had is that when you drop it, it can break - that is the only reason I've ever bought new ones. In 15 years I have never managed to actually finish one from normal use without dropping and breaking it first.Oh - one other problem I had was when a TSA agent didn't want to let me take this deodorant on an airplane - she said this was larger than the allowed liquid/gel container allowance. I had to argue with her that it is solid, not liquid. She refused to open it just to confirm it was solid. Eventually she gave up arguing and let me bring it saying she was going to let me through this one time to be nice (but still she refused to see it is completely solid and not a liquid - amazing).

Lasts a long time. Works well for odor control but doesn't last as long as I'd hoped
