The pack I received has the following Ingredients: whole grain gluten free rolled oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries (cranberries,sugar,sunflower oil), dried apples, brown rice crisps (rice flour,rice bran,honey,calcium carbonate) dry roasted soy beans, almonds, coconut and pumpkin seeds.

Q: Why can't Bob's Red Mill make this muesli without coconut?!? Coconut flavor dominates the whole cereal!

It wouldn't be this muesli without coconut, it would be another muesli. In the USA, there is a limited variety of products. Seven Sundays brand has some great muesli flavors.
