Very good espresso, short cook time, No Aluminum parts, 6 fl oz capacity
I am hooked on Moka Pot espresso. Got hooked at a Motor Cycle rally a few months ago, then wanted to upgrade from an aluminum Moka Pot to a Stainless to avoid all the, "Negatives," of consuming items cooked in aluminum. I love the Stainless Steel Moka Pot. Easy to clean, just rinse, wipe with paper towel, put in drainboard to dry, ready for next batch. Cook time for 6 shots of espresso, about 6-10 minutes depending on the heat source. I have had it take up to 15+ minutes on an electric cook stove. Small, light, easily portable, this is the perfect travel espresso machine. Just find yourself some ultra fine grind espresso blend coffee to fill the hopper, (holds about 3 TBSP), and wal-ah! 6 Shots of espresso for less than the cost of 1 shot at the coffee shop, and faster too. Not to mention, you control the blend of coffee used to make your espresso, and I don't care if you use a light roast, or an espresso extra dark roast, you will get that super sharp edge that makes espresso such a treat. Throw in a little sweetened condensed milk, stir it up, and you have a wonderful coffee-candy flavored beverage, guaranteed to give you the jitters..... I would recommend this to any friend, with NO equivocation what-so-ever. Good value for the price, and sturdy build, easy assemble, and disassemble for cleaning. No complaints at all!

Get this one
I recently switched to this stainless steel moka pot, and I’m impressed. It’s solid, heavy, and feels incredibly well-made. The all-steel construction not only looks great but outperforms my old Bialetti. It brews a rich, smooth coffee and is super easy to clean. If you want something durable and reliable, this is the one to get. Highly recommend!

Top of the line
I've done quite a bit of research before purchasing this espresso maker and waited for a month and a half to write a review. I use this moka pot everyday sometimes twice.First off, let's start off with the coffee. It's the best coffee I've ever made. Before this, I was using a drip machine and switching over to this moka pot certainly released the best tasting coffee I ever made. Coffee, espresso...it really wins in both categories. Now let's talk abut design. I've seen some reviews saying it's aluminum. It's not. This is 100% stainless steel and quality steel at that. I expressly wanted to veer away from aluminum as some of you know that's not ideal for health.Nonetheless, it is not flimsy as some have suggested. The bottom chamber is not brushed within and is a different finish then the top and that's due to technique. That bottom chamber is super sturdy and you wouldn't want something this sturdy to drop on your foot. That's for all the comments that says it's cheap and flimsy cause it's not.One feature that I have to point out is the spout. It mesmerizes me every time. You want to talk about no drip...no drip...not even one. It's such a clean pour that I am in awe of the craftsmanship of the design. I haven't spilled not once. It's really by far a great moka pot that stands at the top of its competitors. The handle is sturdy and while it gets a little hot it doesn't get as hot as the main body. And let me say I use a gas stove. It's really well crafted. Depending on your heat tolerance you may just have to get a mitten to grab it or not. Some days I do, most days I don't.And just to keep all cards on the table, this is my own review. Not sponsored, nobody asked me and I paid for this pot myself. It's really a great product that truly stands tall above the rest. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful design, good price, great espresso maker
I ordered this espresso maker to replace my classic, old aluminum Bialetti stovetop espresso maker. If you are still using one of those, I think you are on the right path looking for a stainless steel replacement. Studies show that aluminum can accumulate in your brain and is potentially harmful, if I can, I'll avoid that. After comparing prices and looks I decided on this one. I especially like the handle design and the fact that it is all metal, there are no plastic/silicone elements, so it makes it nicer to clean. I am using a gas stove and on low heat it does not get hot after it's done percolating, so you can touch the handle and pour. The sound is more discreet than the old Bialetti one.In comparison with my classic Bialetti, this is heavier, more solid and the base holds 3/4 cup water as opposed to the 1/2 cup that can go to the Bialetti (measured when filled just under the safety valve). It holds the same amount of coffee grounds though. I would say it's a 3-4 person espresso in classic espresso terms. The interior of the water compartment is matte and first I thought it was coated but luckily it turns out it is sand- blasted. When I got it it had no smell whatsoever, but I first let pure water percolate through and then made a batch of coffee to clean it from any potential factory grease, etc.Overall easy to clean, makes great coffee, does not leak, it's quiet, and looks very nice. I can recommend.

NOT STAINLESS STEAL
Skip this purchase. This can not be stainless steal. To clarify, only water has been put in the lower potion of the unit. The unit is supposed to be all stainless steal. Originally noted was the texture difference of the polished exterior vs the unpolished interior. I noticed the corrosion when cleaning the lower portion of the unit. When wiping it out, black soot saturated the paper towel, AGAIN, THIS CAN NOT BE STAINLESS STEAL.

Great machine and healthier option
After owning my original mocha pot for close to 20 years, I decided to dispose of it. I found out that aluminum overtime can leach chemicals in your body and brain which are not healthy long-term. I’m very happy that I found this product. It is made of stainless steel and is sturdy and not bad looking. The quality is excellent and we use it daily in our house.

Love this! One issue….
I use this every morning, it’s built almost perfectly, however the hinge on the lid doesn’t hold up great with use. It has already weakened, which is a bummer since it’s such a great item and works so well… if the lid breaks it’s still usable just not the greatest quality in the hinge.
