Q: I lose the sound, they keep falling off my ears ?

They are somewhat moldable. Put them in hot water and tighten around your ears. Keep working with them until they accept the new form.

Q: There are no instructions. how does it go on and twist to my ears ? is there a left and right? do i put it at the top or bottom of the stem ?

There is a left and right. The Airpods Pros would simply slip into the hole.

Q: I ordered the night glo blue but they do not look blue at all, even at night. Am I supposed to keep them in the sun or light to "charge" them?

I ordered the white ones so I am not sure about the glo ones, sorry.
