Battery fit, laptop now works
This battery came with tools to open the case on my Dell Precision 5510. Opening the case and removing the old battery was simple. Initially, it did not charge despite showing excellent battery health in BIOS, so I took out the battery again, tested the charging port and saw it was damaged, so I replaced that too. Battery is now working and charging appropriately

Like Having a Brand New Computer
So - I purchased this replacement battery to resolve a known issue with my Dell Inspiron laptop - where the battery bulges as it fails, causing lifting of the keyboard and/or mousepad/trackpad. In my case it was half the trackpad which made it impossible to right click or drag anything.A quick 2-minutes and about 7 screws later, and everything is back functioning (dare I say) BETTER than new. I guess the issue had been going on longer than I thought, and now that it's fixed it's beyond awesome.Haven't gone through too many full battery cycles yet as I've only had it installed for a few days, will update should any issues occur - but it's already lasting longer than the old battery at full-performance (not battery saving) mode.

Happy customer
My customer is very grateful. This battery changed his life. Throw in some RAM and SSD and it's like having a new computer.

After 1 month will not hold a charge long enought ot even login
At first the battery would give me about 1 hour of runtime (laptop has 2 hard drives and is maxed out with 32GB of RAM which does affect the battery longevity). The laptop has been on the charger all night (Dell OEM A/C Adapter) and when I disconnected the power cord and powered on the laptop, I wasn't even able to type my password in to login when the laptop powered off.

Certainly not 56wh
Update (18/11/2023): So ater my review, the seller reached out and sent a replacement battery. I didn't contact them, they contacted me. Good service there. However, I had to use a forwarding agency to get the battery on to me and that agency lost the battery. So, on a whim, I contacted the seller and asked if they wouldn't mind sending another. They didn't have to as they had already done everything that they were supposed to do. In the end, they did send out another battery. I think this is sterling service and would have no issue shopping with them moving forward. The replacement battery that arrived, however, performed exactly as the original. Within a few power cycles, it was down to about 43kWh when it should be about 55kWh. Each time it went through a power cycle, there'd be a point where the capacity would drop off a cliff. To me, this says that the capacity of the batteries never were 55 kWh but rather in the mid 40s. Once properly calibrated, your system would show this.In conclusion, I cannot recommend this battery as a replacement for the original Dell. I would, however, recommend the seller.Original: Received the battery and it was a few weeks before I installed it. Installation went smoothly - not hiccoughs there.I've put it through the full charge/discharge cycle 5 or 6 times. I use a piece of software to give me an idea of the battery capacity (BatteryMon) and while this battery started off at 56Wh, it's now saying less than 41Wh. And that's after less than a month of use. I believe that BatteryMon is correct because the battery would quickly go from 20% left to almost zero (by quickly I mean within 5 seconds). This means that while the system initially read it at 56Wh, that certainly wasn't the battery's capacity. This isn't the type of performance you'd expect from a new battery. The current capacity is barely better than the battery it replaced.

Perfect fit no bios errors
Easy install and no bios errors. The battery life is pretty bad so I'm going to replace it with a 9 cell. I'm 100% solid state on this laptop so I'd expect more but for the price, I got what I paid for. I'd still buy again in a pinch.

Poor battery life
The battery was down to 25% capacity in only 5 months!!! I now get only 1 hour of laptop usage before full charge is required.Update: Seller stood behind his product and offered an refund.

So far it's junk
Installed new battery easily enough. Followed the process to fully charge and drain the battery. Now the laptop just randomly shuts off. System says battery has 58% but it just turns off.Edit: After a few weeks and resetting the PC, this issue has mostly gone away. The PC will still randomly lose connection to the battery, meaning it will not power on until the power adapter is applied for a few seconds, but I'm not certain if it's the battery or the PC.
