It is essential that the power supply be selected for the type of case it will be used in and the type of motherboard that will also be used. Within any class of computer that's being built, these three main components must be selected to fit and work together.

The number of output connectors varies from one model to the next. For my 750W version, there were 4x 6+2 PCI-E connectors but for the 600W model, there are only 2x 6+2 PCI-E connectors. You will need to research (as with any replacement power supply) the specific model/manufacturer/wattage you need for your computer type.
