How many calories and carbs in one Tablespoon?

According to the label it say 1 teaspoon = 10 cal & 1 carb or 30 cal & 3 carbs per tablespoon.

What is the expiration?

I am not the company that is selling this, but what I ordered has an expiration date of 3/27/2015. I ordered it around the first of 2014

What do you mean by durable? Do you mean can it be left out of the fridge after opening? No, IMHO it cannot....But it stays nice and (spicy) hot when it's kept cold ;)and lasts for at least a couple of months after opening...Honestly though, it never lasts here past that point, it's so good on everything, a container has never lasted past about 6 weeks after opening...But I recently found an unopened container that was from last year that was still yummy, so unopened it lasts a while. They do have an expiration date on them and the "old" one I found had surpassed that date by a couple of months, and it was still absolutely fine and tasted just as good as a fresh batch.It's REALLY delicious stuff! Sorry this has gotten so long, but I kept thinking of more and more things to add :)
