I found the Roe to be very high quality especially considering it was overnight shipped to my residence in Puerto Rico. Arrived in great condition with seemingly no degradation to quality. For those concerns with the salinity of the product, you can submerge in a bowl of cold water for 5-10 minutes without sacrificing texture or appearance. Drain after soaking.

Nice caviar and seem to be very fresh, but wish they had an expiration date and a label that said where the caviar came from.

This tin container can not be opened, broke two knives in the process of trying, do not purchase it unless you’re a buff with muscles. There needs to be a better design, a screw on cap might be better.
