Great slicer. Especially for the money!
Just received my slicer today. Arrived in perfect shape and no issues with the blade that some other reviewers cited. It came fully assembled. I just had to remove the blade to wash it and I was ready to go.Thin-sliced a pound of cooked, rare rump roast, a white onion and a tomato. Not a problem with any of these. I am very pleased with the performance of this slicer. Especially for the price.UPDATE: Now I have used it to thin slice deli-style corned beef (tip: steam your corned beef until about 10 degrees below minimum USDA safe guideline. Let carryover cooking do the rest and then refrigerate until thoroughly cool before slicing against the grain. Boil it or oversteam it and you'll have shreds instead of slices). I also used it to slice Wisconsin brick cheese which is a tough mozzarella sort of cheese. Not good results when right out of the fridge. I put it in the freezer for about 35 - 40 minutes and got perfect slices from the Cusimax.Buyers must realize before purchasing that this slicer is not a multi-thousand dollar Hobart. It is a home use unit made for light, occasional use. We've all seen the deli counter people speed through our orders of cheese, cold cuts and other items. This machine is not that kind of machine. If you want that machine be prepare to stroke a four figure check. Realize that the motor on this unit spins rather slowly compared to its commercial cousin so you're not going to bang out five pounds of turkey breast in 10 seconds. You need to run your items through more slowly. On the other hand if you want to occassionally slice up a pork belly, whole ham, corned beef, turkey breast, etc I see no reason to spend more money.Other positives are: the suction cups on the bottom of the unit held it fast to my concrete kitchen counter, cleanup was fairly easy and it is light enough and small enough that I can easily move it from the kitchen counter to one of my kitchen drawers.

Nice addition to the kitchen
Used it to cut 1/8" thin London Broil top round steak for beef jerky. Worked great. Bought this one because of the larger blade size and larger cutting width option.

I’ve been using the CUSIMAX Electric Deli Meat Slicer for a while now, and it works amazingly well for everything we’ve thrown at it! From slicing meat and cheese to fruit for freeze drying, it handles it all effortlessly. Every slice is perfect and uniform, which is exactly what I needed. The 2 removable 8.7" stainless steel blades make it easy to switch between tasks, and I appreciate how sharp and durable they are. The slicer is powerful, yet easy to control, and clean-up is a breeze as well.Whether you're preparing deli meats, cheeses, or even fruits and vegetables, this slicer does the job with ease. It’s fast, efficient, and cuts everything precisely how I want it. I love that it’s versatile enough to handle a wide variety of foods, making it an indispensable tool in the kitchen.Highly recommend this meat slicer to anyone who wants a reliable, all-around slicer for their home kitchen!

Very good buy!!!
Took out of the box and cut up a whole ham. Of course had to quarter it first, as the machine isn't that big. However, ham was thawed and as long as you take your time, the slicer does a Marvelous job of cutting nice even slices. Clean was a breeze and took a little time. Only minor issues, is where the meat is held on the slider, it is kind of small, so couldn't use the clear plastic piece to put pressure on the meat as it was sliced, but did us my hand until I could put the plastic piece back on. It is noisy, but the trade off is worth the price.

Works great
I received this as a gift, I requested, to slice meat for making beef jerky.I had purchased a beef jerky slicer, but it sliced the meat too thick and wasn’t adjustable.Using this I was able to get consistent thickness and the ability to adjust to any thickness I wanted, which is what I wanted to be able to do.I first sliced a top round that was in the freezer for 20 minutes or so. The meet squished as it went through the slicer – the cutting wheel pressed downward on the meat. The second top round I sliced was in the freezer for days. I took it out and put it in the fridge for 1 day – it was still frozen when I took it out.I was able to cut the semi-frozen top round perfectly. The slicer cut through the meet easily and I ended up with perfectly cut strips for making beef jerky. The slicer is easier to clean than my beef jerky slicer – very simple and quick.I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a slicer and this one was priced in the range I felt was reasonable for what I wanted. It saves me time in cutting the meat and cleanup is quick also.Great little meat slicer. Performs as expected.

Love that it comes with two blades one serrated and on not.
Great product for home use. It is perfect for small task like slicing deli meat, cheese and bread. With bread the serrated blade did not crumble or smash the bread. Perfect uniform slicing.

Save your money, poorly designed.
I returned another slicer that only went up to 15mm thickness so I could get this one with the 20mm thickness. The thickness is the only positive thing I have to say about this slicer. I was slicing a loaf of sourdough and after each pass I’d have to shut the machine off and clear the blade as the bread would get stuck, even cutting unevenly and slightly tearing the end instead of a clean cut. The other slicer I returned I could do multiple passes without stopping or jamming up the blade. Very poor design whether it be the push tray sitting to low or the big bulge on the back of the slicer causing the slices to get stuck. Owned this slicer for a whopping 20 min before initiating a return. I also echo other comments about the difficulty in cleaning this machine. Somehow, crumbs get into nooks and crannies that are not even exposed while cutting. 🤷🏻♀️ I’m a home cottage baker and this thing is wholly inefficient. Don’t waste your money.
