Good phone for little money
I like this phone because I was able to expand my current phone system by adding just this phone for a total four. That was a nice feature. It's fairly easy to set up and understand how to use it. I don't like that when a call comes in and shows the caller ID phone number, that phone number doesn't stay up on the display, so I have to scroll back to the number. It would be nice for verifying customers phone numbers while on the phone with the customer. Also, be careful if you accidentally un plug the main phone, you may find yourself needing to call customer service to have them help you get it back up. Other than that I'm happy with the phones and the system.

Great little system for a small office
Got this for my town's office, plus 3 add-on desksets, 1 handset. Installation was easy, it has everything you'd want in a small-office system. Got an ATT system first, total fail. This one actually deals with extensions as separate entities, per-extension mailbox, etc. ATT one was only per-line, useless if you have a hunt group. Staff is really happy, they love it. Manual is very detailed and quite readable. Note - some have complained about using the line selector buttons leaving a line on hold. Yes, it does. But, you almost never need to use the line buttons, it does auto-hunt for a free line. Only time to use them is to put a call on hold and make another outgoing call, which is rare. We just told the staff to not touch the line buttons. Non-problem solved.

Easy to set up
Overall we are very happy with the phones, we now have Cox and analog service instead of VOIP. These are great if you are a small business. The installers from Cox commented on how impressed they were with these phones. My only complaints would be, the main console needs to be placed close to the modem. This is not always the most convenient place for the phone. Ours is in our break room next to the coffee station. Sometimes you have to manually hit each line to make sure it hangs up, a few times the lines were put on hold instead of disconnecting the call. I would have given 5 stars if those 2 issues were not relevant. Vtech has been very helpful, I have reached out to them twice for assistance with some of the features. I did my research and these Vtech phones had the best reviews. I would recommend for a small business.

FIRE HAZARD!!!
I bought these a little over a month ago. Two days ago, I made a call that lasted about 90 minutes, and barely a minute after I hung up, I started smelling smoke. I immediately disconnected the phone, took out the battery, and placed the phone outside the building, but it took over 20 minutes to stop smelling like burnt plastic. This is supposed to be a business phone and it's not freaking cheap. Did the manufacturer think business calls never exceed 5 minutes or something??? You would think they would test for this. The worst part is that I bought the whole phone system; I have 6 other phones like this and I've spend over a thousand dollars at this point. This was not even one of the phones that's utilized that frequently, what's gonna happen to the phones at the receptionist desk that are constantly ringing? And of course, the return period expired two days before the incident so I can't even get a replacement or my money back.DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE SYSTEM, IT'S A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN, OR WORSE!EDIT 09/25/17: Wow, what a joke, ANOTHER ONE of these just stopped working today. It didn't burst into flames, thankfully, but I got to work this morning and the phone in my office was dead. That's $200 in the trash in a little over a month. And I either spend another $200 replacing these pieces of garbage (likely getting stuck in a cycle) or throw out all the remaining phones (a remaining $600!!!!) and start from square one. Plus, I would have to re-wire the phone lines because all the lines are currently in one room so they can all connect to the main console. I'm gonna pull my hair out.

I am sure this is a great phone, but It didn't work for our set-up ...
I am sure this is a great phone, but It didn't work for our set-upWhen installing it, All phones were new and in great condition. The sound was very clear on the phone and using speaker. They were also easy to connect to the main console and install....But.. unfortunately I didn't make it very far past installing these phones..This phone system did not work for our company for the following reasons. Each phone is wireless connected to the main hub, ONLY the main console has a 4 phone jacks, I must have looked over this detail before I ordered. We have 2 offices that would need phone jacks but having two main consoles is not an option. The other issue we had was with our phone providers voicemail box. No matter what I tried I could not get the phone to alert me that I had a new message waiting for me.The third and final issue was a phone flaw that I will go into below:One of the systems flaws that I could not seem to fix was when testing phones was missed calls. If I missed a call, then cleared the call on one phone, it would still show missed calls on all the other extensions. This was very frustrating, Why wouldn't clearing a missed call, clear a missed call on all the extensions? I know this would cause constant frustration with our sales team not knowing if someone else had seen and deleted the missed calls.
