I’ve heard good things about probiotics and weight loss, sleep and allergies. I’ve been on a large amount of antibiotics following a broken bone and have felt out of sorts ever since. I’ve been taking these for a week so far. I can definitely feel they are working and have been having fewer cravings. I’ve been sleeping really well. Be warned, these can cause flatulence but I’m hoping this will settle down!For the first time in years getting more than 7 hours a night. I’m going to keep taking them and see how it goes.

Roughly speaking, I took 30 capsules in month 1, took a break of 4 months, then took another 30 capsules in month 5, another break of 4 months and then the final 30 capsules in month 10. For me therefore, I was able to cover the best part of year with the 90 capsule bottle.Whilst I obviously can't be certain that these and these alone "made me better", as a host of other factors could have played their part, I did notice a significant improvement in much reduced bloating.
