I bought these white peppercorns because the black ones have some ingredient that makes me feel very dizzy after eating them. These white peppercorns are prepared differently and have the outer black skin/shell removed. I am not having an allergic reaction to these. They have a strong pepper taste just like the black ones, but with a slight roasted taste which further adds to the flavor. Overall, even if I were not allergic to the black peppercorns, I much prefer these white ones for taste and freshness. I will definitely buy these again. I use them in a standard pepper grinder and add them to soups, stews, meats, fresh salads, and more.
