Select "A" grade Hudson Valley Foie Gras slices, individually shrink wrapped. It is so easy to sear foie gras… simply thaw slices to refrigerated or room temperature, season, score with a cross hatch pattern (if desired), and sear for 30 - 45 seconds per side in a hot heavy skillet.

QC Issues
I really love Foie Gras and this is mostly good. There were a few that were not sealed properly and came shipped discolored. I did not feel that they were safe to eat so I had to throw a few away.
