Didn't see any different in my blood pressure.

I hardly ever take the time to write a review but I feel like when it comes to health related products that I should absolutely share my experiences, good or bad. This tea has been working for me. While I am already on a low dose blood pressure medication, it was not keeping me in range very well, especially my diastolic number and the last thing I wanted to do was ask for an increased dosage or to be put on another med. It feels so good to check my BP in the morning and see readings like 115/83, 128/80. I do not advise anyone to stop medication. It's a personal choice that I am hoping I can confidently make after I've been consistent with this tea and committed to really tackling the other factors that contribute to high BP like stress, high sodium intake, and lack of exercise. Don't expect this tea to be magic cure, but don't let the negative reviews deter you from at least trying the tea for a consistent month at least. A lot of the negative reviews may be coming from people who haven't been consistent, have a really poor diet with tons of sodium, or other factors. Just try it. I'm sold.

At some point, most guys will deal with higher BP. This is not a cure all but it does help. Granted, you have be active plus incorporate a sensible diet and cut down on sodium! The good news, the tea tastes good. I mix it with Bigalow Vanilla. The only drawback is the amount of only 20 bags. Goes fast. I recommend it though. Seems to be one of the better BP teas out there.

My cousin told me about these so I decided to give it a try. It works for me when needed. Not too crazy about the flavor but that was to be expected. Will re-purchase in the future when needed.
