Perfect for my GSD
My dogs LOVE THIS. (Though lamb and rice is their favorite flavor, this is currently more suitable for my pups)I have 2 German Shepherds pups; one is 9 months, the other is 11 weeks that eat this food.They have been raised on this food since I have gotten them.They are energetic, intelligent, well developed puppies.My pups never had any digestion issues, constipation, or diarrhea.My vet says that this specific food is a great choice for my German Shepherds because of the real meat AND the glucosamine.I am giving the brand itself 5 stars because I have a total of 5 dogs and they have been through many different brands and I have never had issues with ANY Purina ONE dog foods.It is a bit more expensive, but my dogs do love it, and it is good for them.

Healthy and tasty
My puppies have always thrived and enjoyed this puppy food. With large breed dogs you always have to make sure they have the protein they need to grow quickly. This food keeps them healthy and strong.

Love the Food but Expensive
I hunted for a decently priced large breed dog food for my Husky puppy for over a month and went through a few different brands but everything seemed to make his stomach sick.The veterinarian recommended we try this one out and I'm sure glad we did as he loves the flavor and for once we found one that doesn't give him the runs. Plus it doesn't have a super strong smell like some dog foods do.The only thing they might want to think about doing is lowering the price as although it is certainly cheaper than some varieties it still tends to be pretty expensive.

My Dogs food...
My 100lb F3a Labradoodle does great with this food. 1.5 years old. We did the puppy version for 1 year now adult. Depends on the dog but the quality passes my strict qualifications and he will eat this food until around 7 years of age with no problem.

A large breed puppy food was recommended by my vet and I could not find local. My puppy likes the food and it will provide extra nutrition for him

Very good product
I've been giving this dry food to my Bernise Mountain dog puppy for a while now and she loves it. She's 5 months old now and needs the large breed puppy chow. The vet says she is in perfect health and growing appropriately. It's a little expensive at $30.00 for 18lbs but I would rather spend a little more and have her grow up healthy and not have hip dysplasia in the future
