does it come full of oil

Like every engine shipped anywhere, no, there is not oil in it. It would spill out during shipping and be a fire hazard.

Which replacement chain should I order?

I had to replace my poulan pro chain on day 2 because of tight links causing the chain to jump off the bar. I replaced with an Oregon chain and problem was solved. No more chain jumping and cut faster. Will always replace with Oregon chains in the future.
