Sometimes when working on the computer or reading or just watching tv my neck gets tired and stiff. And there are days when I wake up with a stiff neck. This hot neck and shoulder relief really helps almost instantly. Nice amount of weight and wraps around shoulders and neck comfortably. Cuts down on Advil use. Easy to use. It also warms me up during winter months when there is a chill in the air. So happy to have found this. It has saved my neck often.

My husband experiences neck and back pain regularly due to pretty severe scoliosis that was never addressed as a kid. I mean, you'd never know it to look at him but he's had doctors and x-ray techs surprised with how bad it is. Due to this we're always on the lookout for relief for him. Personally, I find this neck wrap cumbersome and a lil large. However, it works for him very well as he's pretty broad with much bigger shoulders than me. He's used it both cold and warm and says it works pretty well either way, and it's heavy enough that it doesn't slide off. He doesn't care for the smell of lavender and it does smell strongly, but not overwhelmingly so, of lavender so that is a minus for him. However, he keeps using it, several times a week, so it helps. It seems to be well made also as we've had no seam rips or tears in the fabric. All in all this is one more useful tool in helping alleviate some of his daily pain so was worth the money.
