Q: Does it have black chalk

My three boxes did not contain any black chalk.

Q: does this chalk have "chalk dust" ?

Purchade something else. This chalk was subpar in every way, imo. It crumbled with the slightest amount of pressure, lacked color depth, and was extremely brittle. It appeared to be very old chalk.

Q: Will these wipe/wash completely off a painted chalkboard?

No, I can still see where my previous wording Eve though I’ve cleaned it thoroughly. I’m going to have to repaint mine.

Q: What is the diameter? I need to be sure it will my chalk holder?

Not sure about the diameter but they are standard size and should fit in your chalk holder. I have a plastic one-piece holder and it fits.
