It depends on what you mean by "fit through a 2.4mm hole". The brush end of the 'pick' has approximately these dimensions. The widest part of the core at the brush end is ~1.44mm. The narrowest part of the core at the brush end is ~.93 mm. The 'fat' part of the brush is ~3.1 mm and gradually slopes down to the point. Test case of 1 pick.

Great for GAPS!

We really like these, but with the opening we like the one that has a hole rather than a simple opening. With the hole at the top there is less chance of more coming out than needed. For some reason when I order sometimes I get the ones with the hole, other times not.
