I recently had plastic surgery, maxtopexy, leg lift and brachioplasty. Because the wounds were so extensive the scars were prominent and looked thick as is normal. I have been using Scar Gel for 7 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with this wonderful product. In addition, I also bought the silicone strips and use them at night. However, for my daily life, the Gel is my comfort. My surgeon and lymphatic drainage therapy have seen a huge change in my process. I have seen other patients who have been around longer than me and their scars are hypertrophic or have developed keloids. The only thing I wish was the option to buy them automatically every so often. I 200% recommend the product. It does not stain clothes, it is not sticky, it is very noble and for old scars that still hurt or are unsightly, it improves and harmonizes the appearance, even lightens hyperpigmented ones.✨️💯

I've been using this on and off (a few times a week) for a few months now, so I'm not totally sure how much it's actually working, but I have noticed my scars looking noticably lighter which makes me think it’s helping. It’s super easy to pump out, apply, and spread over the skin smoothly. The gel takes around 20–30 minutes to fully dry, and afterwards my skin feels really moisturized without the texture being wet or sticky (thankfully). It also doesn’t have any scent, which I like, and it doesn’t leave much residue after applying. The size is also decent and lasts me a while, and I've tried all sorts of other scar gels so far but I think this is definitely the best one!

I have multiple scars from abrasion wounds due to poor healing. I’ve used the product twice daily for over two months. I have seen no reduction in the look of the scars. Disappointing!Update: supplier reviewed this post and credited me the full cost of the product. I appreciate a company that honors its guarantee. I changed my rating.

I ordered twice already. It help me with my Keroid. I apply it and then you the scar tape cover again. I was struggle with the itchy but this product really help me.

I tried this for a cheaper alternative to the pricey ones my doctor recommended for my scars. So far it feels like a watered down version of the other 100% silicone gel I was using. The consistency is a more watery one and not thick like the other. Which leads me to believe consistent reapplication will be necessary for this to even work so it defeats the purpose in my opinion. The other one I had just 2-3 times a day you could touch the area and still feel the silk like texture knowing it was still present. I also so far haven’t really seen a difference but I will keep trying to see if it does eventually to give it a true chance. If not, I will be going back to Silagen.

So far, I believe this product is working as well or better than the scar gel I can buy at my surgeons office, at 1/4 the price. The other $80 gel is supposed to be the best, but I'm having tremendous success using this gel at about $20. My scar is flattening and becoming less noticeable by the week. I will keep using this.

Loved this. I am about 2 months post op and applied this 2x daily. My scars went from risen and dark to completely flat and went from dark purple to a pink color. I recommend this!
